2010 Democratic Caucus |

The 2010 Democratic Caucus will be held at the Eliot town
office on Sunday, January 31, 2010. The doors will open at 1:00pm for socializing and early
registration. The caucus will begin at 2:00pm sharp.
Plan to attend this event to meet local candidates, select the Eliot Town Committee officers, and
to sign up for the 2010 State Democratic convention in May.

EDC Announces Scholarships |

The Eliot Democratic Committee is happy to announce the creation
of two college scholarships to be awarded annually to Eliot seniors at Marshwood High School. The
value of each scholarship will be at least $500.00. The recepients of these scholarships will
be determined by the Marshwood High Guidenance Department in cooperation with the EDC. The full

MHS Community Service Opportunity |

The Eliot Democratic Committee (EDC) is pleased to offer opportunities for
Marshwood High School students to obtain community service hours to be applied toward graduation requirements.
Projects are available throughout the year and will be assigned and adapted to match student interests whenever possible.
